About
Calm focus, steady strength, and a real sense of community: that's what we offer at Gilroy Yoga, a yoga studio in Gilroy serving students across Santa Clara County. Our knowledgeable instructors are friendly and welcoming, and we make every class a comfortable space for both new students and those with more experience.
Many of our members have found new friends here, and they enjoy seeing real progress in their practice over time. We're proud to be a studio that Gilroy can call its own, and our teachers take pride in creating a special environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Our classes are open to all levels, so there's always a place for you on the mat.
