About
Gilroy Noodle is a Vietnamese restaurant in Gilroy focused on fresh, authentic dishes for families and groups across Gilroy and the South Valley. Our menu centers on pho, served in several styles, along with rice plates, noodle bowls and spring rolls, all made to order.
Guests tell us our staff are friendly and attentive, and we work to keep the dining room clean and welcoming. Our space is large enough to comfortably seat big groups, so it's a good fit for family dinners and lunches with friends.
We're proud to bring a neighborhood-style Vietnamese kitchen to this side of Santa Clara County, with dishes that appeal to both adventurous eaters and picky ones.
Stop by to try our pho and make us your new go-to for lunch or dinner.
