About
Walnut Creek and East Bay pet owners turn to Geary Veterinary Hospital for compassionate, thorough care for their dogs and cats, and clients often make the drive from as far as Oakland to stay with us. We have been caring for families' animals for over 20 years, and our veterinarians and team are known for being calm, patient and gentle with every pet, which keeps visits low-stress for everyone.
Our doctors take the time to answer every question and explain options clearly, so you always know what your pet needs and why. We are proud to provide thoughtful care for pets with chronic conditions, long-term medical needs and complex health concerns, and we coordinate specialist referrals when they are the right next step.
Our approach is honest and never pushy: we recommend what your pet truly needs and work with you on a plan that fits your budget.
