About
Sebastopol and Sonoma County residents turn to Galactic Health & Fitness for varied, welcoming group fitness classes that build strength, ease tension and help you feel better in your body. Our schedule mixes yoga sculpt, yogalattes, hot Pilates, circuit training, reiki yoga and sound baths, so beginners and experienced movers can find a class that fits them.
Each session is challenging but rewarding, set to music we love, and most classes begin and end with a short meditation to help you settle in and cool down. Many members tell us they notice more energy and less back and knee discomfort after a few weeks, especially those coming off a running injury or a long day at a desk.
Our instructors bring real warmth and attention to form, and we aim to make every class feel like a space where everyone is welcome.
