About
At Gabriele Goodman, we help families and athletes in Oakland and across the East Bay build the mental and emotional skills they need to perform with confidence. We work with competitive athletes who struggle with self-doubt or pressure during competition, helping them see their own strengths and talent more clearly.
Our approach is patient and personal, meeting each young person where they are and helping them find a path forward. Parents often tell us how much it means to see their child regain confidence and enjoy their sport again.
Whether you are a competitive athlete or a parent looking for support for your child, we invite you to reach out and learn more about how we can help.
