About
Based in Vacaville, Functional for Life offers physical fitness programs for people across Vacaville and Solano County. We focus on helping you move better, feel stronger and stay active in everyday life.
Our approach is built around functional fitness, so every session is designed to support the movements you rely on at home, at work and in your favorite activities. Whether you are just getting started or returning to exercise after a break, we meet you where you are and build your training around your goals.
We take the time to explain each exercise and adjust your plan as you progress, so you always know what you are working on and why.
