We stock plenty of squat racks, dedicated deadlift platforms, specialty barbells and calibrated plates, including 55lb plates for heavy challenges. Our gym is open 24/7, so you can train whenever suits you, and chalk is provided.
We keep a relaxed, no-loudness-rules environment where members encourage one another and respect the space, which keeps our equipment clean and well maintained. Our selection of machines and cardio equipment rounds out the floor for well-rounded workouts.
