FuAlign Physical Therapy and Pilates brings physical therapy and mind-body movement training to San Carlos and the Peninsula, with a focus on pelvic health and pregnancy-related care. Our approach blends clinical rehabilitation with fitness, so we can address the root of a problem rather than only its symptoms.
We work closely with women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, helping prevent common symptoms and ease pregnancy-related pain. Our sessions include one-on-one Gyrotonic training, where our instructor is also a licensed physical therapist, giving every movement clear, detailed guidance.
