From the Core Pilates Studio is a Pilates studio in Benicia focused on private and group Pilates for strength, joint mobility and rehabilitation. We have been serving Benicia and the wider Solano County community for many years, offering small class sizes in a welcoming, laid-back setting.
Our studio is equipped with Reformers, a Tower, a Wunda chair, spine correctors, barrels, a TRX suspension system, cable pulleys and free weights. Our instructors are passionate and attentive, giving real-time feedback, gentle corrections and plenty of encouragement at every level.
We are proud to be part of our community, both inside the studio and beyond it.
