About
Campbell and Santa Clara County residents turn to Free Motion Therapy for sports massage that addresses the root causes of pain, stiffness and loss of movement. Our work centers on functional movement and body mechanics, so we look past the symptom to find out where muscles have become overworked or unbalanced.
Many of our clients come to us after conventional approaches haven't brought lasting relief, and we take the time to assess what's happening and explain it clearly. Our sessions are hands-on and targeted, combining massage with corrective movement exercises so that gains carry over between visits.
We work with people across Campbell and the surrounding Santa Clara County area, including musicians, active adults and anyone who needs more than a massage but isn't ready for a full physical therapy program.
