About
Santa Rosa and Sonoma County customers turn to Foundation Body Therapy for massage that targets the areas causing trouble, from tight shoulders to sore hands and forearms. Our therapists take time to listen to what hurts and why, then work to address the root causes of tension rather than only the surface soreness.
Clients often tell us how intuitively we read the body and find the spots they didn't realize were tight. Many of our regulars come back monthly, valuing the consistent, skilled work and the relaxed, friendly conversation that makes each session feel restorative.
Whether you're dealing with a specific problem or simply need a regular reset from a busy week, we're glad to help you move with more ease.
