Forma Gym brings a full-scale, all-inclusive fitness facility to Walnut Creek and the East Bay, with indoor and outdoor training spaces, a wide range of equipment, and more than fifteen amenities under one membership. Our indoor cycling classes are a highlight, with energetic instructors who keep every session motivating.

Members can unwind in our sauna and cold plunge, visit the spa, or relax in the lounge and café after a workout. Our Kidzville childcare offers drop-in care with no reservations required, so parents can focus on their own goals while their little ones are looked after with patience and care.

We also offer Pilates, yoga, personal training, and physical therapy, including our Rise Paralysis Recovery program. Our outdoor workout area, shaded by redwood trees, is a favorite for members who enjoy training in fresh air.
