About
Whether you need relief from tension and pain or a deeper, more personalized approach to bodywork, Forget Me Knot Massage offers massage therapy tailored to you. Our sessions focus on understanding what your body needs, drawing on a strong grasp of musculoskeletal anatomy to address stubborn pain, neck and jaw tension, and the strain that comes from athletics, long hours, and years of posture habits.
We take time at the start of each visit to explore your goals and build a routine that fits your life, so the work continues beyond the table. Clients often tell us they leave with immediate relief and a clearer sense of how their own bodies work, including practical stretches and tips they can use between sessions.
Our approach is thoughtful, professional, and warm, and we're proud to serve clients across Berkeley and the East Bay.
