About
Deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of being held: that's what we offer at flow2wellness Water Massage SPA, a water-based healing practice in Occidental in Sonoma County. Our sessions are built around warm water, gentle movement, and stillness, creating space for the body to settle and for emotions and insight to surface naturally.
Each session is guided with a calm, grounded, and attentive presence, so clients feel safe, supported, and respected from start to finish. Many of our clients describe the experience as both somatic and emotional, leaving them more connected to themselves and to the natural world around them.
Set among trees and open surroundings, the space itself adds to the feeling of being held by nature. We welcome people across Occidental and the wider Sonoma County area who are looking for a restorative, compassionate form of healing.
