We provide counseling and psychotherapy for personal challenges, relationship concerns, and healing from trauma, including EMDR therapy. Our therapists take a gentle, caring approach, and clients often tell us they feel understood from the very first session.
We're women-owned and welcome everyone, including LGBTQ+ clients, and we offer a transgender safespace. Our sessions are appointment-based, and we work to help you and your partner communicate and understand each other better.
