At FITNESS SF - Castro, we help Castro-Upper Market and San Francisco residents build strength, fitness and a supportive community in a welcoming, queer-friendly gym. Our staff is friendly and attentive, and they're known for kind, honest feedback and for helping members find the right equipment.
We've recently updated our locker rooms, showers and dry saunas, and our open-floor stretching and free-weight area is designed for stretching, bodyweight work and kettlebell training. Our personal training program is active, with trainers working one-on-one with members, and our equipment is spread across both floors.
Our gym is kept clean, well-maintained and constantly improving, so it feels like a true neighborhood gym.
