About
Los Altos and Santa Clara County residents turn to Fit Body Therapy for bodywork that eases chronic pain and keeps active lives moving. Our practice focuses on sports and deep tissue massage, along with muscle energy techniques and scar tissue release, supporting clients recovering from surgery, injury or long-term joint strain.
We take a gentle, pain-free approach that is tailored to each person's body, and many clients see us for years, from athletes to active adults in their seventies. Our sessions often include simple exercises to do at home, so the benefits carry into everyday movement, whether that means running, hiking, golf or strength training.
Clients tell us our work feels both careful and highly effective, and we are glad to become a trusted part of their wellness routine.
