Gentle guidance, practical skills, and lasting confidence: that's what we offer at Fear of Flying Clinic. We help adults overcome a fear of flying through structured, multi-day clinics that combine education about how aircraft and air travel really work with coping techniques for anxiety.
Our program runs out of San Francisco International Airport, so participants practice in the real environment they'll be flying from. Many of our graduates have gone from avoiding planes for years to taking trips again, and they often tell us the sense of community in the room made all the difference.
We bring together people from across San Mateo County and the wider Bay Area who share the same struggle, creating a supportive group that understands what you're going through. If flying has become a source of dread, we'd welcome the chance to help you get back in the air.
