About
Families across Mountain View and the South Bay turn to FDS Gymnastics for gymnastics instruction that builds strength, confidence and good form at every level. We are a gymnastics center in Mountain View, offering classes for young athletes who are just starting out as well as those working toward more advanced skills.
Our coaches focus on safe technique, steady progress and encouraging every child to try new things at their own pace. Our program is designed to be fun and supportive, so students look forward to coming to class each week.
Whether your child is new to gymnastics or already training, we welcome them to join our community.
