Based in San Jose, Fancy Flavors Bakeshop & Cafe provides handcrafted fruit mousse cakes, pastries, macarons and coffee for San Jose and the South Bay. Each piece is made to look like the fruit it's named for, and we take the same care with flavor, so a mango mousse cake tastes as fresh and light as it looks.
Our passion fruit cake is bright with tropical tang, and our coconut macarons are chewy, sweetly balanced and finished with coconut flakes. Visitors often tell us they love the chance to learn how each dessert is made, so our team takes time to explain our flavors and what we have on any given day.
