About
Gentle, attentive, and intuitive: that's what we offer at Evelyn Julia Bodywork, a massage practice in Half Moon Bay serving the Coastside and wider San Mateo County. We focus on whole-body bodywork that responds to what each client's body is actually doing, rather than following a fixed routine.
Many of our clients come to us for chronic pain, postural imbalances, and old injuries affecting the low back, neck, and shoulders, and we work carefully to find the areas that need the most attention. Our sessions are built around awareness and presence, and we often teach breathing exercises and simple at-home practices that support and extend the work between visits.
Clients tell us they leave with a deeper understanding of their bodies, relief from long-standing discomfort, and a renewed sense of ease in their own skin. Whether you are managing an ongoing condition or simply want to feel more connected to your body, we would be glad to help.
