European Car Care

Based in San Mateo, European Car Care provides auto repair, inspections and brake service for drivers across San Mateo County and the Peninsula. Ross leads the shop, and customers consistently describe him as knowledgeable and straightforward, the kind of mechanic who explains what your car actually needs before any work begins.

We are known for honest recommendations: if a part still has plenty of life, we'll tell you to wait, and we'll show you the options and what each one involves. We take care of European vehicles, including BMWs, with a focus on regular upkeep and maintenance, and we're happy to advise on work we don't perform in-house.

Many of our customers appreciate our fair, competitive pricing and our habit of handling small jobs at no charge. Our technicians photograph worn parts before replacing them, so you can see exactly what was done.
