About
For craft spirits in Mountain View, Essential Spirits Alambic Distilleries is here to help you explore the art of distilling. Our small operation welcomes guests for tasting tours where we walk you through how spirits are made, from the still to the final pour.
Guests tell us our hosts are knowledgeable and genuinely enjoy sharing stories behind each product, which is why our tastings feel so personal. We're a favorite with teams planning offsites and group outings across Mountain View and the South Bay, offering something a little different from a typical day at the office.
Our Xi Acai cocktail is a crowd favorite, and you can take home a bottle or two of the spirits you enjoy most.
