About
At Eric's Computers, we help Concord and East Bay customers get their computers, laptops and drives running again quickly and with care. We repair computers and data storage, and we also set up and tune up home networks, modems and routers, so you have one reliable place for everyday tech problems.
We understand that your files and projects matter, so we work carefully to protect your information and keep you informed at every step before any repairs begin. Our team is known for being friendly, honest and easy to talk to, and we explain what is going on in plain language.
We also open early in the morning, so you can often get your device looked at sooner. Many of our customers return to us for custom PC builds and ongoing support, and we are proud to have served the community for twenty years.
