At Empowered Mama Chiropractic, we help expectant and new mothers across Lafayette and the East Bay move through pregnancy and postpartum with less pain and more comfort. Our chiropractic care is gentle and tailored to pregnancy, and we use techniques such as Graston scraping alongside adjustments to ease sciatica, hip pain, and lower back discomfort.
Many of our patients come to us after other approaches have fallen short, and they tell us they feel at ease from the very first visit, with each appointment explained clearly so they know what is happening.
