At Empowered Living Advanced Body Therapy, we help Santa Rosa and Sonoma County residents ease stubborn pain and restore comfortable movement through hands-on bodywork. We offer massage therapy, craniosacral therapy and whole-body wellness sessions, each shaped around what your body needs at that visit.
Many of our clients come to us for shoulder pain, tension and recurring headaches that haven't responded to other approaches. We take time to explain what we're doing and why, so you understand your body and know how to care for it between sessions.
