About
Emilia Ghergut - Somatic Bodywork & Craniosacral Therapy is a massage therapy practice in Berkeley focused on somatic bodywork and craniosacral therapy for clients across Alameda County and the East Bay. We take time before and after each session to understand your goals and comfort, so every visit is shaped around what your body needs.
Our approach is calm, gentle, and intuitive, helping your body and nervous system begin to release tension at a pace that feels safe. Many clients tell us they feel met and held from the very start, and they leave feeling expansive and lighter.
We also make room to explore the deeper roots of longstanding holding patterns, and we can walk you through simple strategies and exercises between sessions.
