Embody with ElizaBeth brings personal training, somatic coaching and meditation guidance to Los Altos and the surrounding Santa Clara County community. We design workouts around each client's individual goals, and we are happy to work around past or current injuries, progressing safely as strength and confidence grow.
Our sessions are offered privately, in semi-private small groups and online, so you can train in the way that fits your schedule and budget. Beyond the physical side, we offer somatic coaching that helps clients tune in to their inner guidance, build trust in their own body and feel more grounded in daily life.
