Embodied Recovery

At Embodied Recovery, we help adults and families across Campbell and Santa Clara County heal from addiction and mental health struggles by treating the underlying causes, not just the symptoms. Our approach is holistic and relational, built on trust, compassion and patience, and we blend mental health counseling, recovery support, creative healing and spirituality into one program.

We work with addiction as a symptom of deeper emotional challenges, and we guide clients toward emotional sobriety, greater self-worth and tools they can carry for the rest of their lives. Our team is open about their own healing journey and stays available to support each person through the uncomfortable parts of recovery.

We also support parents and loved ones, because recovery is personal and we help families find the right balance of care and healthy boundaries. Clients often tell us they feel more like themselves after joining our community, and many stay connected with the friends they make here.
