About
Gentle care, careful repairs, and thorough stain removal: that's what we offer at Elegant Rug Cleaning (By Appointment Only). We are a by-appointment rug cleaning service based in San Jose, serving homes and classrooms across Santa Clara County and the South Bay.
Our team handles everything from wool pile and Persian rugs to Afghan, Turkish, Indian and Berber pieces, and we also take on repairs for rugs that have begun to unravel. Many customers come to us with heavy wear, pet accidents or years of classroom stains, and we treat each rug according to its material and condition.
We keep you informed throughout the process, from pickup to delivery and reinstallation, so you always know where your rug stands.
