EHS Pilates is a Pilates studio in the Mission neighborhood of San Francisco focused on group and private Pilates instruction. Our studio offers reformer classes, Corealign sessions and private one-on-one lessons, along with massage therapy, all in a welcoming, easygoing space.
Our instructors are known for being knowledgeable, clear and attentive, whether you are taking your first class or training with us regularly. We design sessions that feel challenging in the best way, so you leave feeling capable and confident in your body.
