About
Whether you need a new companion or a little help caring for the one you have, East Bay SPCA, Dublin offers adoption, pet care and training support tailored to you. Our shelter welcomes dogs, cats and kittens, and our team takes time to help each adopter find a good match for their home.
Adopters often tell us how thoughtfully our staff answer questions and guide them through the first weeks, from care basics to understanding a new pet's needs. We send every adopted pet home with a collar, leash and toys, along with plenty of literature to help you settle in confidently.
Beyond adoption, we offer education programs and summer camps for kids who love animals and want to learn how to care for them. Our Dublin shelter serves families across Dublin, Pleasanton and the wider East Bay, and our doors are open to visitors who simply want to meet the animals.
