About
Dragon House is a martial arts school in Daly City focused on training for every level, from first-time students to those aiming to compete in MMA. We teach a range of disciplines, including kung fu, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, boxing and self-defense, with classes suited to people looking to build fitness, confidence or fighting skills.
Our head coach, Sifu Zhong Lou, mentors each student personally, pushing them in training while teaching lessons that carry over into everyday life. Many of our students have trained with us for years, and we take pride in the close, family-like community we've built, where members look out for one another.
