At Dr. Nicole Garlit Physical Therapy & Wellness, we help Grand Lake and East Bay residents move better, recover from injuries and get back to the activities they love. We work with athletes and active adults, including runners and tennis and basketball players, as well as older adults recovering from injuries such as fractures.
Our care includes personalized rehabilitation plans, gait and movement analysis, and pre-surgery preparation to build strength before a procedure. We take time to explain each step, tailor every session to the individual, and focus on the mind-body connection to help prevent re-injury.
