Pacific Heights and families across San Francisco turn to Dr. L. Mixon Psychology Services, APC for individual therapy and psychological assessment that balance challenge with real support. Our practice is Black-owned and women-owned, and we are LGBTQ+ friendly, with a transgender safespace where every client can explore their thoughts and feelings openly.
We draw on several treatment approaches, including somatic, mind-body, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed methods, so we can tailor our work to each person's needs.
