Dr. Jayn Rajandran, PsyD, LMFT brings counseling for individuals, couples and families to Rockridge in Oakland and across Alameda County. We handle the practical side of therapy for you, from insurance questions to flexible scheduling that covers both in-person and video sessions.
Our work often centers on helping people move through difficult periods and make lasting changes in how they feel and relate to others. We use EMDR, a structured approach that helps clients process painful memories and let go of old protective patterns that no longer serve them as adults.
Many clients find that this work strengthens their relationships with family members and loved ones. We are women-owned, and we welcome LGBTQ+ clients in a space that is inclusive and affirming, including for transgender clients.
