Dr. Jason Won Physical Therapy and Coaching

Whether you need relief from chronic back pain or help recovering from a knee or shoulder injury, Dr. Jason Won Physical Therapy and Coaching offers physical therapy and coaching tailored to you. Our work centers on precise, individualized exercise programs rather than hands-on manipulation, and we build each plan around the true cause of your pain, whether that is a muscle imbalance, a joint weakness or a gap in your mobility.

We guide you with thorough evaluations, clear explanations and close monitoring, adjusting your program as you progress so you always know why you are doing each exercise. Our approach also includes access to a mobile app for exercises you can begin at home or at your desk, helping you build momentum between sessions.

Many of our patients are active adults and athletes returning to sport after surgery or injury, and we coach them to regain strength, confidence and safe movement. We proudly serve Daly City and families and athletes across San Mateo County and the Peninsula.
