About
At Dr. Bruce D. Fong, D.D.S., we help Oakland families and patients across Shafter and the East Bay keep their smiles healthy with skilled, unhurried dental care. We are a general dental practice, and our patients come back to us for routine care and for treatment of more involved problems.
Our approach is warm and approachable, and we take time to explain every procedure clearly so you know what to expect before we begin. We are proud of the state-of-the-art care we offer, and we are known for finding thoughtful, conservative solutions, including alternatives to root canals when they make sense for your tooth.
Many of our patients have stayed with us for well over a decade, and our hygiene team is known for being professional and for helping nervous patients feel at ease. We keep a relaxed, welcoming office with a carefully chosen music playlist, so your visit feels calm from the moment you arrive.
