About
DJ's Martial Arts and Fitness is a martial arts school in Redwood Heights, Oakland, focused on building strength, discipline and confidence for students of all ages. We welcome families across Oakland and the East Bay, and many of our students train together as a family.
Our instructors are warm and welcoming, and they push each student to be the best they can be while meeting the needs of everyone in the class. Our fitness classes give you a great workout with knowledgeable, excellent trainers, and our facilities have been newly renovated for a comfortable place to train.
We give our students the tools for self-empowerment and self-discipline, and we're proud of the difference this makes in their lives.
