About
Looking for martial arts training in Discovery Bay? Discovery Bay Jiu Jitsu offers family-friendly Brazilian jiu-jitsu instruction for kids and adults right in our town.
We're a community gym where students of all ages train together, and our owners, Sondra and Long, make sure every family feels welcome from the first class. Our coaches are attentive and patient, explaining each technique clearly so students of every level can build real skill and confidence.
Many of our families train several days a week, and parents often tell us how much their kids have grown in focus and discipline in a short time. Our teen students often pitch in to encourage the younger kids, which gives our gym a supportive, close-knit feel.
We're proud to serve families across Discovery Bay and the surrounding East Bay communities.
Visit our website to learn more about classes and get started, or stop by the gym to see for yourself.
