Based in Rio Vista, DFF Bootcamp offers boot camp classes, personal training, kickboxing and boxing, plus nutrition guidance for Solano County and the surrounding area. Our classes are built to meet you where you are, so people new to exercise, those coming back after surgery, and seasoned gym-goers can all train side by side.
Our coaches take the time to listen, adjust each workout to your abilities, and encourage you to push a little further every session. We also coach on everyday nutrition, including the role of protein, reading food labels, and making healthier choices that support your training.
