Careful cuts, skilled color, and a calm, personal touch: that's what we offer at Design by Jen. We're a hair salon and eyelash studio serving Hercules and the surrounding East Bay communities, and we're especially known for blonde color and for coloring Asian hair without the brassy orange tones so many clients have struggled with.
