DBT Center of Silicon Valley is a psychotherapy practice in San Jose focused on comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adults. We are one of only a handful of DBT Certified programs in California, and our clinicians receive ongoing consultation and supervision to deliver faithful, evidence-based DBT.
Our team also keeps growing its awareness of social and cultural issues so that every client receives thorough, compassionate care. Our approach is calm, sensitive and respectful, and we offer individual therapy alongside group skills training and support between sessions.
