About
Davenriche European Martial Artes School is a martial arts and fencing school in San Jose focused on historical European martial arts. We teach historical fencing and a wide range of disciplines in a welcoming, diverse community that welcomes people of all ages and skill levels.
Our classes combine fun with discipline, and our instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and happy to meet students wherever they are in their training. Our school feels like a Renaissance-era salle, with a sitting room, an armory and a library of old martial manuscripts.
Beyond class, members can join our wider community, including a RenFaire guild, gaming groups, community teaching programs and a yearly dinner feast. We serve students across San Jose and Santa Clara County who want to step into the living history of martial traditions.
