Cynthia Barrios, LMFT brings individual, couples and family counseling, along with EMDR therapy, hypnotherapy and life coaching, to Santa Teresa in San Jose. We are a Latino-owned and women-owned practice serving clients across San Jose and Santa Clara County.
Our office welcomes LGBTQ+ clients and transgender clients, and we work to make every person feel safe and understood from the first session. We take a warm, collaborative approach that helps people work through relationship concerns, life transitions and the everyday stresses that weigh on them.
