About
Whether you need a quick workout between walks or a full outdoor session for the whole family, Cunningham Park Open Gym offers outdoor exercise equipment set in the heart of San Jose. Our open-air gym sits within a spacious park with walking and jogging trails, so you can build a light upper-body workout into a longer run or a relaxed stroll.
Many visitors enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding hills while they train. The park is family friendly, with swings for children and room for everyone to spread out, and it welcomes dogs on walks too.
Covered and open benches, barbecue areas, and picnic space make it easy to stay after your workout. We're proud to serve families and fitness enthusiasts across San Jose and Santa Clara County.
