Cuco’s Burritos (San Jose)

Cuco's Burritos (San Jose) is a family-run burrito restaurant in San Jose focused on handmade tortillas and specialty burritos that go well beyond the usual carne asada, rice, and beans. Our tortillas are made in-house, thin enough to wrap generously without tearing, so every bite is filled with ingredients rather than dough.

We build our burritos with complex, well-balanced flavors, from tender Chile Verde de Puerco in tomatillo sauce to a richer, slightly smoky Chipotle burrito and our shrimp a la diabla. Our menu is especially welcoming to vegan and gluten-free diners, with dedicated options and our gluten-free burrito bowls.

Portions are generous, kids' meals are sized right, and our fresh salsa is a favorite for dine-in guests, who get free chips with it. We take care to keep the dining room clean and our service friendly and attentive, so every visit feels welcoming.
