CTD Housing is a halfway house in Downtown Oakland that supports people in recovery as they rebuild stable, independent lives. We provide safe, structured transitional housing for adults stepping out of addiction treatment, with a focus on accountability, healthy routines, and steady community support.
Our residence is LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safespace, and we welcome people of every background who are looking for a respectful place to heal. As a Black-owned and women-owned organization, we understand the particular barriers many in our community face, and we work to meet each resident where they are.
We serve people across Oakland and the wider Alameda County area who are ready to take the next step toward lasting recovery.
