Santa Rosa and Sonoma County yoga students turn to COR Yoga+ for mindful, welcoming yoga classes that help every body feel supported, whether they are brand new to the practice or returning after years away. Our teachers, led by Kim, focus on the foundations of yoga and the connection between mind and body, offering clear, encouraging guidance with hands-on adjustments where helpful.
