About
Contra Costa Rabbit Rescue is an animal rescue service in Antioch focused on rescuing, fostering and rehoming pet rabbits across Contra Costa County. Our volunteers devote countless hours to rescuing stray and at-risk bunnies, giving each one a safe foster home while we search for the right forever family.
We take a hands-on approach to every adoption, so you can feel confident about welcoming a rabbit into your home. Many of our adopters have come back to us year after year, and we're proud of the warm, dedicated community that has grown around our work.
When a rabbit isn't acting normally, our families often call us first, and we're glad to offer guidance and support. Whether you're a longtime rabbit owner or considering your first bunny, we'd love to help you find a companion for your family in the East Bay.
